Here's a couple of questions we have already been asked and some answers for those who want the answers before being repetative.
Q - How do I get a slot in for the tournament games and the smaller games?
A - There will be sign in sheets at the Registration Table. Once the list is full the sheet will be removed. Some people have already begun emailing us with requests for the tournaments. We can add you, but only if you've pre registered. That is part of the benefit to Pre-Registering.
Q - What exactly is in the goodie bags? Can't I get one if I pay at the door?
A - The Pre-Registration goodie bags have dice from Chessex, Warhammer limited models from Games Workshop, limited releases of comics and games, cd's and stickers, Coupons and video games, special add ins from The Museum of the Really Strange, limited edition playing cards from US Playing cards the Midnight Seance ticket and Wii Raffle ticket included, and more. It's been valued now at over $60.00 worth of stuff and we still have more coming. These goodie bags will be assembled for pre-registration first. Anything extra will be thrown into goodie bags until we run out of stuff. These goodie bags will be given at a first come, first serve at the door and they do not include the Wii Raffle ticket and Midnight Seance tickets. So even if you don't want to pre-register, you'll still get a bag, but it won't have the extras.
Q - I can't make both days, do I still have to pay full registration?
A - Yes, because the registration cost is flat and non negotiable. Plus when was the last time you got so much for $20.00?
Q - Can someone else pick up my registration and bag for me?
A - Yes, but they need to inform us of this via phone or email, or be a relation.
Q - How many people can get into the Seance? Will it be held for everyone?
A - The Seance can hold 50 People at a time. Pre - Registration will automatically get a ticket, tickets for at the door registration are $5.00 until seats are sold out.
Q - How do I know that I'll get a fair chance at the Wii Prize if I Pre Register or Register at the door?
A - STAFF Members will not be participating in the Wii Raffle. It is reserved for Pre Registration and Registration (Who pay the extra at the door) only. Volunteers may still enter if they have paid the registration fee. Also the drawing will be Saturday Night by a random attendee and CJ Henderson.
Q - What's really the difference in Pre - Registering versus walking up at the door?
A - If you pre- register, it helps us to add more entertainment and activities and freebies for you. Pre - registering will get you a grab bag worth over $60 with cd's, tee shirts, dice, counters. Special edition WarHammer figures, Limited Release playing cards, CCG playing cards, Special Comic books, Video Games and more in it. It'll also enter you for the Wii drawing and you get a Midnight Seance ticket. These would cost walk - in's more money then if you pre - registered.
Q - Say I stil want to pay at the door, how much is the Seance Ticket and how much is it to enter for the Wii?
A - If you do not pre - register, then the Wii raffle tickets are $5.00 each. One entry per person. The Midnight Seance is also $5.00 per person but pre - registering will garruntee you can get in, because if we sell out, this option won't be open anymore.
Q - If I volunteer do I get a discount or free registration?
A - No, but volunteering will get you a Free Tee Shirt, Pizza Dinner Saturday Night, Special give aways from Eric Ruth and special prize which we'll give out at the con!
Q - Can I bring my game club to run our weekly game at your con?
A - Absolutely, we encourage it in fact. We will supply tables, or if you let us know in advance, we can give you a private room!
Q - When can I pick up my registration?
A - Our Registration table is going to open 10 A.M. both days and close up at 8 P.M. Both days. If you arrive after the close up time, there will be Staff in the Hallways to help you pick up your Registration which will move.

Any events that are restricted will have doormen and proper ID will need to be shown. i.e. R rated movies, the Vampire The Masquerade LARP game, The Werewolf Game, Some of the movies in the movie room, etc.
